As Chair of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, I would like to welcome you to our “City Beautiful.” George Merrick had a vision in the early 20's. He wanted to construct a community from scratch which would be architecturally vibrant, landscape verdant and community viable. Coral Gables became much more than that.

It is a wonderfully energetic City housing corporate headquarters, incomparable restaurants, extraordinary theaters, a renowned shopping district and one of the world's greatest botanical gardens.
