Mark A. Trowbridge
President & CEO
Chief executive, administrative and fiscal officer of the Chamber. Responsible to the Board of Directors for a full range of activities including coordination of the program of work, organizational structure and procedures, interpretation of policy, strategic planning, communications and branding.
 Mia Cavaco
Director of Administration
Responsible to the President for the overall administration of the internal operations of the Chamber, including such areas as membership, sales, communications, accounting, office space and equipment, and personnel.

Helen Henric
Membership Sales Representative
Sells the programs and services of the Chamber to existing member and non-member firms, including the sale of new memberships to non-member firms, upgrade of existing member firms and renewals of past due member accounts.

 Ileana Delgado
Member Relations Manager
Maintains internal membership control and administration. Membership activities include processing of new member accounts and updates, website listings and record management. Responsible for the RE-Connect Lunch, Chamber Involvement 101 for new members and The City Beautiful Awards Program.
Melissa Ayon
Executive Assistant to the President
Manages the president’s calendar and correspondence. Assists in the coordination of Executive and Board Meetings. Manages the Chamber's global calendar. Develops presentations for meetings and events.
Ivette Acosta 
Business Manager
Performs accounting functions that include accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial statements, annual review, etc.
Liz Fundora
Receptionist
Greets foreign and domestic visitors and informs them of the great variety of activities in and around Coral Gables and the Greater Miami area. Handles mail and phone inquiries concerning membership events, relocation, tourism, international trade and resident services.

Joshua Jones
Communications Manager 
Develops and implements all marketing and public relations activities. Creates all collateral material for the Chamber including press releases, monthly newsletters, weekly Communiqués, advertisements, calendars, brochures, invitations, etc.

Erica Dominguez 
Director of Events
Staff liaison to Chamber's volunteer committees under the Chairman’s Division, Business & Economic Development Division, International Affairs Division, Trustee Council and Special Events: Goals Conference, Golf Classic Tournament, Holiday Party and the Tour of the Gables 5k, as well as the Chamber’s annual awards programs: George E. Merrick Awards, Diamond Awards and AXA Advisors Businesswomen of the Year Award.
Morgan Huling
Events Coordinator
Assists with special events and staff liaison to Chamber's volunteer committees: 20/30 Group and the Wind Down Wednesday Networking Events, Business & Education, Cultural Affairs and Go Green, as well as the Rising Star Award presented by the 20/30 Group and the Eco Expo and Green Awards Luncheon presented by the Go Green Task Force.
